Stable and silent
The Kailh Deep Sea Silent Box Switch is a quiet switch of a special kind. The barrel, purple cover, and light purple case base are precisely polished to minimize friction when working and provide stable and quiet typing. It is available in both tactile and linear versions.
Double Noise Reduction
The switch's damper has an independent soft rubber (TPE) structure that attenuates both stroke and trigger noise, thus providing double noise reduction. According to test data statistics from the Kailh laboratory, the noise level of this silent switch when triggered corresponds to the decibel values measured at a depth of 100 meters in the deep sea when the keycap is attached.
Polycarbonate and POM shaft alternative
The barrel is available in two materials, polycarbonate and POM, both of which offer a different writing experience. The polycarbonate shaft has better light transmission for better backlight, while the POM shaft gives a softer feel.
Improved light guidance
An improved, tapered LED window prevents compatibility issues with keycaps and solves the problem of the switch blocking certain keycaps.
Large contact area
The large contact area eliminates vibration and reduces noise to ensure a stable and extremely quiet typing feel.
