K3 Max – now also with 2.4GHz and VIA support

The Keychron K3 Max is an ultra-slim, wireless, mechanical keyboard. It has a 2.4 GHz radio receiver, Bluetooth and a wired connection. It allows the user to control all keys or macro commands on its 75% compact layout via VIA. It also has Low Profile Spherical Angled (LSA) keycaps for Windows and macOS, and users can swap out the keyboard with Gateron 's low-profile mechanical MX switches on the fly.

The K3 Max is great for traveling. Thanks to its three connectivity options, the compact 75% layout allows it to be taken pretty much anywhere a full-size tablet can fit.

Suitable for all operating systems

The K3 Max offers a Mac layout while being compatible with Windows. You can even configure different key bindings for Mac and Windows devices. The VIA software is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux. It comes with keycaps for macOS and Windows (as well as additional ESC and Enter keys) so you can easily switch between operating systems.

A powerful chip inside

A powerful MCU with ARM architecture and 256KB of flash gives developers more flexibility. The polling rate is 1000Hz in 2.4GHz and wired modes, which means that latency is barely noticeable even in competitive games.

Hot-swappable

We all have our own preferences when it comes to typing. That's why we offer the hot-swappable option for the K3 Max, which allows you to replace any Gateron low-profile mechanical switch on the fly in a matter of seconds to customize the typing experience without soldering.

PBT Double Shot Low-Profile Keycaps

The K3 Max is equipped with the unique Double-Shot PBT keycaps, which are made of durable, opaque PBT plastic with excellent oil resistance for long-term use, providing a premium typing experience.

Note: The K3 Max is currently only compatible with Gateron mechanical low profile switches, as QMK & VIA does not support optical low profile switches.
