The K8 Pro has been completely redesigned and redesigned to improve the typing experience. You can hot-swap out any switch on the K8 Pro for almost any MX-style 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without the need for soldering. You can customize your own typing experience in a matter of seconds.
Even small parts are important for your dexterity. We've included screw-down stabilizers on the PCB that allow for smoother typing with less wobble on the large keys like the spacebar, shift, enter and delete key. You can even customize them with alternative stabilizers like Cherry or Durock.
The K8 Pro is equipped with the unique OSA (OEM Spherical Angle Profile) profile and translucent ABS keycaps, which provide a more comfortable fingertip feel and excellent oil resistance for long-term use.
The south-facing RGB lighting is designed to better illuminate the keyboard's backlight from the user's point of view. The south-facing RGB lighting also doesn't bother when the user installs alternate keycaps with a cherry profile on their keyboard. The keyboard has 22 different RGB backlight settings, as well as a static white backlight option. You can easily fine-tune the RGB hue, saturation, brightness, and effect speed.
Three levels of adjustable typing angle (3.5, 7.5 and 10.5 degrees), a sloped lower frame, and curved OSA profile keycaps provide long-lasting ergonomic support for your wrist.
