The Keychron V5 Max is a versatile mechanical keyboard that offers QMK support as well as 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connectivity. Their compact 96% layout, gasket mount design with noise-dampening foam, and durable double-shot PBT keycaps ensure great comfort and a customized user experience.

Wireless 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth connection

The 2.4 GHz connection offers high response times with a 1000 Hz polling rate, ideal for gaming on the go. With Bluetooth 5.1, the V5 Max can be seamlessly connected to up to three devices such as a computer, smartphone and tablet.

Fully customizable design

The V5 Max is designed for easy customizability. All components can be flexibly configured, and hot-swappable sockets allow switches to be replaced without soldering.

Dual receiver for improved connectivity

With Type-C and Type-A receivers, the V5 Max offers a flexible 2.4 GHz connection. Both receivers can be conveniently stored in the magnetic slot in the upper right corner of the keyboard.

Powerful ARM technology inside

A robust ARM MCU with 256 KB of flash memory and 1000 Hz polling rate ensures minimal latency and smooth performance, even during intense gaming sessions.

OSA Double-Shot PBT Keycaps

The OSA Double-Shot PBT keycaps combine the height of the OEM profile with the shape of the SA profile. They offer high oil resistance, prevent lettering from fading, and provide a comfortable typing experience.

Easily switch between macOS and Windows

The V5 Max is fully compatible with macOS and Windows. A convenient switch and additional keycaps allow you to effortlessly switch between the two layouts.

Gasket mount design for a comfortable typing experience

The gasket mount design with polycarbonate plate dampens resonances and provides a soft, quiet and flexible typing feel.

Flexible programming with QMK & VIA

Thanks to the open-source QMK firmware, the V5 Max offers extensive customization options, including key bindings, macros and individual key combinations.

Hot-swappable sockets

The hot-swappable sockets allow for quick replacement of switches without soldering. The board supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX switches.

South-facing RGB lighting

The south-facing RGB LEDs provide ideal lighting for each key. Even with opaque PBT keycaps, the illumination remains even and clearly visible.

Gateron Jupiter switch

The exclusive Gateron Jupiter switches offer a tactile and comfortable typing experience with a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. They are pre-greased and feature a special LED diffuser design for more intense RGB lighting.

Bolted PCB stabilizers

The screw-retained PCB stabilizers provide more stable and comfortable strokes on large keys such as the space bar and shift key. Third-party stabilizers are also compatible.
